When Does The Price Promise Apply?
The Price Promise is available on all products that are marked with our distinctive Price Promise icon. To apply for the Price Promise, all you have to do is follow these steps:
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS AND RETAILERS
To make it fair, we have a Price Promise for items that are the same in brand, model, size, color and state. The item needs to be ready to buy right away and must come from an authorized retailer located in the UK. This can be from their physical shop or online store. This includes both large chains and smaller, independent shops.
PRICE MATCHING TIMEFRAME
Should you discover a more affordable cost within 14 days following your acquisition. This period provides sufficient opportunity to seek the most advantageous offer after completing your buy from our store.
EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS
- The price promise is not valid for goods found on auction sites, during clearance events, or those sold by individual people.
- The price match doesn’t include additional promotions, like buy-one-get-one-free offers or bundled products.
- You have to show proof of the cheaper price so that our customer support can confirm the offer.
- The price promise is valid only for new items, not those that have been refurbished. It does not include products that are no longer in stock or those that have restricted availability.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRICE PROMISE
Should you discover a more affordable cost, please reach out to our customer service number (753) 893-7502 with the retailer’s details, what item it is and how much it costs. After we check these facts, we will adjust your order for the price match plus give you an extra 5% discount or if your purchase has been made already, we’ll return to you the amount by which our price was higher.
