As racket sports specialist we believe that choosing the right racket will make all the difference to your game and we want our customers to be more than satisfied when making a purchase at Panther Sports.

We therefore include a 3 day trial period for certain TENNIS and SQUASH rackets. This service is only available and exclusive to our retail store based in QUAYSIDE-MEDIACITY, MANCHESTER M503AH.

All DEMO rackets have to be paid in full at the time of picking up from the retail store. If you are happy with the demo racket you have 2 options

A – Keep the racket that you purchased along with any gifts or promotional items offered at the time of purchase.

B – Simply return the demo racket and pick up a new one off the shelf. The choice is yours.

If you decide that the racket is not suitable , then you simply return the racket to the retail store in person within 3 days with all original packaging and the clear handle wrapping in place. Once the racket is returned to the store in person and after inspection a full refund will be issued if there is no cosmetic and structural damage to the frame of the racket. However during the 3 day trial period if the strings are damaged or broken a fee will be charged for strings and stringing servives.

All our DEMO rackets are brand new rackets. Please note we are unable to offer a refund if returned rackets have been damaged in any way and do not have the original wrapping and header card.
You can currently trial a maximum of ONE racket at any one time.
The racket trial is available to UK customers only.
